Looking  back  to 2007. When we decided to open a casual take-away, we never envisaged that 12 years later we have touched so many people’s lives.

Basil, Monica and Kelly would like to express our appreciation to every one of our customers whom we regard as part of our family and have been so loyal to us over the past 12 years.

We live by our slogan and will continue to make you feel at home with our great food.

Over the last 12 years we have maintained the love for cooking and consistency in every bite. Our flavours have left an unforgotten taste in your mouths and memories of home.

We would like to wish all our families that were married, and had babies in our 12 years congratulations, may you live a life of fulfillment and enjoy every day.

We want to share our sympathies to all our family that lost loved ones in our 12 years, condolences to you may you find peace in your loss.

We have maintained our famous menu and have just added some exciting new concepts ie CuRRiZZa.  Tinned fish samosas ,and chicken & mushroom Samoosa , Dhall Ghosh, Samp & Mutton and Chops Chutney.  Our all time favourites in our homes.

Every 5 years we introduce a loyalty card program for you to enjoy your benefits. Starting May 2019

We offer Gift Vouchers to you, for a special friend at R50-R75-R100 denominations.

We prefer face to face contact with our families, as we know each person by name and voice recognition and their preference of choice of meals.

Social media has given us endless opportunities and kept us swiping, downloading, sending whatsups, voice notes, emails, pictures, uploads, location pins, texting and sms’.

We have reached 150336 hits on our website. We have reached a 4.3 rating on Google. We are available on Facebook, Instagram, website, Google, email, what-up, landline, walk in and sit down. 

New adventure:

Soon our frozen and chilled products will be available in selected Spar and Food Lovers stores and small to medium business, look out for our branded products.

We are currently grooming the next generation to follow in our footsteps. We are looking at expanding into kiosks in small shopping centres.    

Kelly is 16 year old, has grown into a beautiful young woman. Her maturity has shown her what life skills are essential for her growth and development. She has a vision of her future and benched marked herself to reach it.

Kelly has mastered reading 500 pages in 3 days. Kelly has read countless number of books. She has written 4 short stories on wattpad, an international platform for teens. She has followers all across the world.  Stories on wattpad have come alive on the big screen. Kelly has been a follower with anime genres since she was 6 years old. He love for Anime has taught her to speak, read, write and sing in Japanese. Her strong influence in languages has given her the ability to speak Korean, Mandarin, Japanese, Hindi, Afrikaans and English, Kelly’s wish is to one day live and study in Japan. She has a keen interest in marine science and biology. Her interest is in working with National Geographic. Kelly is a certified deep sea diver, and soon will be instructing young teens to dive in her home town of Durban.  Kelly has a freehand to sketch and draw any artwork she desires. She excels in her education each and every year.

2018 Kelly was fortunate to visit Japan with us. We travelled from one island to another to experience what our granddaughter is so interested. We’ve seen schools and universities cities and towns and love the ancient culture that the island had to offer.  Celebrating Kelly’s 16th birthday in Japan was a highlight of our journey.  Kelly reminisced in her novels as we travelled through mountains valleys lakes and islands taking her inspiration to another level.  We have attached her love for education and a life time journey into her future. Kelly’s talents in cooking housekeeping, nurturing of her siblings and social discipline and constant responsibility to assist her very close disabled friend remains a priority in her life,  while she has 18 months left in South Africa.  2020 sees Kelly in matric and 2021 her adventure begins in Japan. Soon Kelly will be making inroads for her cousin Allison and sisters (Hailey & Kylie ) to follow.

Basil joined the business in 2014.  Due to the growth in our business we needed an expert to project our way forward.  Basil has helped grow the family business. With his friendly nature and his people’s skills he suited the business. He has built relationships and given expert advice from his past experience. Basil plays an important role in the buying and selection of our product. His deploys his administrative skills and keeps the business up to date.  Basil’s experience in the fast food industry for 15 years has benefitted the business.

Monica has been preparing meals over the past 12 years. Her skills , consistency & pedantic nature is  the key to the business. Monica is very passionate about her cooking and takes personal control of every meal prepared, in between her social media involvement and King Games. Monica drives the business from the kitchen while Basil steers it to the customers.  All atchars , samoosa’s, spring rolls, rotis, naans  and chutneys are made in our kitchen. Absolute quality service and cleanliness are our forte’.

Our Social Responsibility.

We have 3 very dedicated mothers with families who have been with us for over 10 years. It is our responsibility to ensure that charity begins at home. They have grown with us and bettered their lives and their families. Each employee is rewarded accordingly.  We support the old folks in our family and the sick and needy.  We focus on our grand children’s education. We are looking forward in assisting Joshua (Kelly’s best friend) in his future studies. Joshua has a muscular dystrophy disability and has been born with it. Joshua is 16 years old and lives with his grandmother. We support the future of our grandchildren and would like to leave behind a legacy of a well - educated generation.

We also support numerous other family owned businesses in and around Centurion, small businesses are the back-bone of our economy.

Unfortunately due to lack of support from government & financial institutions small businesses have to support each other.

We take this opportunity to thank all our customers whom we consider as “OUR FAMILY “ for their tremendous support over the last 12 years.
